(1) When determining the service charges related to waste management, the local body shall do so on the basis of the following in addition to the things mentioned in sub-section (2) of Section 18 of the Act:-

(a) The waste producers Techniques, methods and procedures adopted to manage waste at the production source, (b) Size, type and type of waste produced by the waste producer, (c) Impact on the environment from the waste produced. ,

(d) Estimated expenses incurred in waste management.

(2) For the local body to carry out work related to waste management in partnership with the private sector, community and non-governmental associations, organizations, such private sector, community And the service fee to be collected by non-governmental associations and organizations should be determined based on sub-rule (1).
